Engineer / Senior Engineer – AI Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business units and key stakeholders to identify business pain points, investigate root causes, analyze requirements, and translate business needs into practical AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, system architecture, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
• Develop AI-powered applications using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents / Agentic AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and intelligent automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, applications, databases, APIs, and business workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, platforms, models, and development tools for potential adoption within the organization.
• Conduct technical research, prototyping, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) development to evaluate and validate new AI capabilities and business use cases.
• Monitor developments in AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices, and recommend suitable technologies for adoption.
• Optimize AI applications and supporting systems for reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with applicable requirements and organizational standards relating to information security, data privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI.
• Prepare appropriate technical documentation and collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners throughout the solution development lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in software engineering, AI application development, or production-grade AI solution design and implementation is preferred. Less experience will be considered as Engineer position (Fresh graduate will also be considered)

• Relevant experience in AI solution or software development; candidates with less experience or fresh graduates may be considered for the Engineer position.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents / Agentic AI, NLP, or intelligent automation.

• Good programming skills in Python and experience with APIs, system integration, and AI/ML frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
