Engineer / Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, supervise and coordinate plumbing and drainage systems (fresh water, flushing water, soil & waste, stormwater) for building projects
• Review contractor submissions including drawings, method statements, material and test reports
• Handle submissions and applications to WSD, DSD and other government departments
• Supervise pipework installation, pressure testing, cleansing and commissioning of systems
• Coordinate with main contractor, sub-contractors, consultants and government departments on work progress
• Handle defects, handing-over and Occupation Permit related matters
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management / Civil / Construction Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualification;
• Minimum 5 years site experience from large-scale projects on main contractor side;
• Experience in village serwer construction preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer;
