JOB DETAILS:
- Tender preparation & cost estimation
- Project planning, execution, and management
- Site coordination and supervision
- Engineering drafting & design
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and or Building Service Engineering discipline
- 5-8 years relevant experience in HVAC/engineering services
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD & BIM knowledge are preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good organization and inter-personal communication skills
