Engineer / Senior Engineer - Process & Final QA

Experience : 3-7 years in process quality or final product QA in a manufacturing environment; battery pack or power-conversion system exposure preferred

Key Job Responsibilities :

Implement and monitor the Control Plan at each stage of the BESS assembly process; conduct in-process quality audits at workstations.

Perform or supervise Final QA testing of assembled BESS units against the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).

Record and report process quality findings/deviations; coordinate real-time containment with Production supervisors.

Maintain SPC data for critical process parameters; participate in FMEA reviews and suggest control-plan improvements.

Prepare final inspection reports and Quality Release certificates; provide data for management quality review meetings.
