Engineer [Serangoon North]

Job title: Engineer

Basic up to $5,500 + Variable Bonuses

Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm

Location: Serangoon North

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, including timelines, resources, and production readiness.
• Lead NPI and product transfer activities from development through mass production.
• Support product engineering activities such as ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience in NPI, product transfer, and manufacturing process development.
• Experience in ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• ISO 13485 / FDA experience is preferred.
