Responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and performance of cable infrastructure and related systems through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. The role supports the installation and commissioning of cable systems, maintains accurate maintenance records, and provides technical support to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Job Descriptions

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of cable networks, equipment, and related infrastructure to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose faults in cable systems, network components, and equipment, and perform timely repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new cable systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, spare parts usage, and issues encountered, and prepare reports on system performance.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support to customers regarding cable system performance, maintenance issues, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in system upgrades and improvement initiatives to enhance cable network performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures in all maintenance and service activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and improve system reliability.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
