Monitor and ensure the quality of incoming raw materials, components and bought-out parts.
Conduct supplier quality inspections, audits and evaluations.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, 5 Why and CAPA for supplier-related quality issues
Required Candidate profile
Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues,rejection &corrective actions
Monitor supplier performance based on quality, rejection,PPM &delivery parameters
Support new supplier development & approval
