- Experienced Plant & Machinery professional with expertise in managing heavy construction equipment, fleet operations, maintenance, repairs, and equipment deployment for infrastructure and construction projects.
- Skilled in planning preventive and breakdown maintenance, managing equipment utilization, coordinating with OEMs and service providers, controlling repair and maintenance costs, and ensuring timely availability of machinery at project sites.
- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, compressors, drilling equipment, shotcrete machines, tippers, cranes, and other construction machinery.
- Experienced in equipment mobilization/demobilization, manpower coordination and management reporting.
- Strong coordination with project teams, workshops, and management to ensure equipment reliability, cost optimization, and uninterrupted project operations.
