Engineer/ Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/support the development of new medical devices and product concepts from feasibility through prototype and product launch.
• Develop and evaluate prototypes, samples to achieve required product performance.
• Support Design Verification & Validation (DV&V) activities, including preparation of test plans, test reports, and technical documentation.
• Conduct product testing, performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis during the development cycle.
• Support DFMEA, risk assessment, design reviews, and product risk-management activities.
• Manage product development changes through ECR/ECN and ensure proper implementation and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of medical device/product development lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of prototype development, product testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Understanding of DFMEA, risk assessment, DFM/DFA, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
