Role & responsibilities
- Execution of internal & external finishing works
- Flooring, tiling, marble/granite, painting, putty & plastering
- False ceiling, waterproofing, doors & windows installation
- Coordination with MEP, architects, consultants & subcontractors
- Quality control,measurements, billing verification & progress monitoring
- Snag rectification and project handover activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in residential, institutional, or commercial building projects
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and quality standards
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to join immediately
