Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Sourcing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Manage relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in fabrication or related field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
• Strong understanding of frame construction methods and materials used in the industry.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor development.
