Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Low Current).
• Comfortable performing maintenance and service on IT/Electronic equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineer servicing electronic devices (reparation experiences for Audio-Video equipment is a plus).
• Must own a motorcycle and have an active SIM C license.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle receiving units from customers for service and returning the repaired units.
• Offer effective solutions and technical advice to clients regarding their installed systems.
• Execute repairs with precision and neatness (as good as new!) and meet the promised turnaround time.
• Conduct thorough product testing on all repaired items before they go back to the customer.
• Master the technical specs of all company products.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct use of their equipment.
