Support customer sample testing, ODVT data preparation, customer issue analysis, and technical report generation. Serve as the test owner or test lead for assigned programs, track test progress and open issues, and proactively drive project milestones to completion. Desired Knowledge and Qualifications Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, in optical communications, optical module development, high-speed electronics, or R&D testing. Strong understanding of optical module architecture and key components, including lasers, PICs, TOSA, ROSA, DSPs, drivers, TIAs, SerDes, MPDs, and module management interfaces. Experience with optical module integration, performance debugging, parameter tuning, and system-level optimization. Ability to read and interpret test specifications, register definitions, technical documentation, and product requirements. Strong capabilities in test planning, test data analysis, failure reporting, and technical documentation. Experience with Python, JMP, Excel, or other data analysis and test automation tools is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, learning, and analytical problem-solving skills.
