Engineer – Structure Design

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team, focusing on structure design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop structural systems, including buildings, bridges, and roads.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to meet project goals.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Analyze data from various sources, such as sensors and reports, to inform design decisions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Structural Desings, with M.Tech-Structural Designs.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in structure design, preferably with a focus on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead others when necessary.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and finite element analysis programs.
