Engineer Supervisor

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Keeping manufacturing equipment and facilities running at optimal performance.
• Leading initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges through effective troubleshooting and analysis.
• Managing engineering improvements, equipment upgrades, and related projects.
• Developing a high-performing team while ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations, with prior team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in managing engineering projects, equipment upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety standards and engineering best practices within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, packaging, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with automation, PLC systems, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
• Professional certifications related to maintenance, project management, quality, safety, or continuous improvement would be an advantage.
