What they need
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
3-4 years of experience in lab operations, infrastructure deployment, test setup bring-up, or related roles.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Experience configuring Windows and Linux systems.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, and routing concepts.
Experience with remote access technologies and virtualization platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
