Engineer / Technical Officer (Client-side, New Store, design & build)

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for new store projects, liaising with external parties such as architects, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders

• Assists Construction Manager in preparing design drawings and technical specifications for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other building services systems

• Conducting site inspections and progress reports to ensure that construction work complies with approved designs and relevant standards

• Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in building services engineering, preferably in a client-side or project management capacity; fresh graduate in related discipline also welcome

• Knowledge in technical drawing and CAD software

• Immediate available is highly preferred
