ENGINEER - TECHNICAL SUPPORT L1

Job Summary The Engineer - Technical Support L1 will provide essential support in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of electrical installations and a passion for technical problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers and field technicians.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical installations.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Completion of ITI in Electrician or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in electrical installation or technical support.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
