Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and systems.
- Conduct experiments and collect data to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions using various engineering principles.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of products and processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
