- Participate in bottleneck analysis and support continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
- Learn operational protocols for heavy machinery, hydrostatic test benches, and pipe threading operations.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Inspect incoming raw materials (steel coils, plates, billets) and verify material test certificates (MTCs).
- Assist with dimensional checks, visual inspections, and mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, impact testing).
- Gain hands-on exposure to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
- Help maintain quality logs, record non-conformance reports (NCRs), and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for defect resolution.
Process & Safety Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards and plant safety rules.
- Help verify that pipe manufacturing meets customer specifications and code standards (API 5L, ASTM, ISO).
- Prepare routine production reports, shift summaries, and quality audit documentation.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
