Position Details

• Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

• Qualification: B.E (Any Engineering Stream Preferred)

• Department Allocation: Design Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Project Management, and Quality

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Engineering

• Develop and modify engineering designs using CAD software.
• Prepare engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
• Support product development, design validation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and performance.

2. Automation & Robotics

• Support industrial automation projects and robotic system integration.
• Assist in PLC programming, control systems, and automation activities.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Contribute to process improvement, productivity enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency.

3. Project Management

• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and project status updates.

4. Quality

• Support quality assurance, inspection, and process control activities.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Support quality documentation and compliance with applicable standards.
