Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine assembly, post/frame assembly, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle VMC/CNC machine post and frame assembly, alignment, and installation.
• Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC machines.
• Strong understanding of VMC and CNC turning machine manufacturing processes.
• Plan and execute assembly activities to achieve quality and delivery targets.
• Lead and coordinate technicians and junior team members.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Electrical teams.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Resolve technical issues through root-cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
