What you will be working on:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals through the efficient use of manpower, material, and machine; together with proficient methodologies, in a hazardous-free and healthy working environment

• Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity

• Solicit Engineering support to ensure tight focus on areas and variance requiring immediate attention

• Resolve and handle line-related issues / preventive maintenance and to understand all equipment capacities / constraints so as to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations

• Mentor and train all Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to develop skills required for efficient MFG operations.

• Execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations in his/her Section

• Facilitate and participate in quality, productivity and cost reduction improvement

• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators

• Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity

• Perform shift duties to support production, as required by Section Manager.
