As part of the Workforce Identity team, you will help secure and streamline workforce access across a complex global enterprise environment.

We are looking for an experienced Engineer, Workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) - SailPoint to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale IAM and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will play a key part in identity lifecycle management, access governance, workforce security, and M&A identity integration initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM and IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Lead identity migration, user onboarding, and directory consolidation activities for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, REST, and SOAP-based applications.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft to automate identity lifecycle management.
• Configure and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, birthright provisioning, and automated access requests.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, and customizations using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and other scripting technologies.
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, business roles, and IT roles.
• Execute access certification campaigns, access reviews, and governance processes to support compliance requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint with IAM ecosystem tools including Okta, CyberArk, and other security platforms.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching activities, and deployment processes using SailPoint SSB and SSD methodologies.
• Administer and optimize Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP environments.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, security incidents, and provisioning challenges across enterprise systems.
• Partner with Information Security, HR, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Ensure IAM services align with security best practices, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

Key Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and related identity governance technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM initiatives and large-scale user migration or M&A integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Experience onboarding applications using Active Directory, JDBC, REST APIs, and Web Services connectors.
• Hands-on experience integrating IAM solutions with HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, RBAC, provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with SailPoint Services Standard Build (SSB) and Standard Deployment (SSD) frameworks.
• Familiarity with Okta, CyberArk, or other identity and privileged access management solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security regulations such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies within IAM and cybersecurity environments is an advantage.
