Engineer/BIM Engineer/Graduate Engineer/Technical Apprentice

Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil / Building Services Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university for Project Coordinator
• Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• For Engineer's or above, at least 5 years' relevant experience for supervision or construction of works
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant Engineer
• For BIM Engineer's or above, at least 2 years relevant experience for BIM modeling experience
• Certificate or above in Building / Construction Engineering or related disciplines
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is a must
• Willing to learn and use other BIM tools
• Capable to work independently

Tasks & responsibilities

• For Engineer above, Responsible for technical submissions involving in design, drawings, specifications, contracts and reports, etc. to client

• Responsible for temporary works design and method statement preparation

• Coordinate amongst design consultants, project team, government authorities and client in terms of design submission and approval to facilitate project implementation

• Coordinate with sub-contractors on the logistic plan and schedule to complete the works on time

• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

• For BIM Engineer above, Monitor overall BIM model work progress of projects

• Liaise with consultant teams for problem solving

• Prepare BIM models under the instruction of engineers

• Manage the project schedule, quality and internal manpower arrangement for BIM projects

• Present BIM deliverables to clients
