Success Looks Like

· Builds and maintains relationships that generate business, completing at least 60 face-to-face meetings per quarter with new prospects and existing accounts.

· Delivers technical presentations and Lunch & Learns that uncover project needs and secure a design analysis, product evaluation, quote request, or next meeting.

Objectives

· Send meeting follow-up within one business day and follow up on quotes within two business days of delivery. Confirm purchasing timelines and maintain a dated next action for every active opportunity.

· Update CRM and submit End-of-Day reports daily, including customer notes, project stages, forecasts, and reasons for wins, losses, or delays.

· Acknowledge customer inquiries within one business day; provide an answer or a clear owner and expected response time.

· Hand off each purchase order to inside sales and operations with confirmed scope, equipment, pricing, contacts, delivery requirements, and project timing.

· Attend weekly sales and pipeline reviews with current results, gaps to target, obstacles, and an action plan.

Competencies

· Communication: Explain equipment and project value clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

· Professional discipline: Plan efficient routes, complete commitments without reminders, and remain composed under pressure.

· 401(k) with up to a 5% company match, subject to plan eligibility.

· Paid time off that increases with tenure, available after the 90-day introductory period.

· Paid company holidays, bereavement leave, and jury-duty leave.
