What they need
About the role
Coordinate and manage M&E works for construction projects, mainly A&A projects. Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, coordination and execution of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and other subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure works are carried out properly
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and project quality
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site issues
- Prepare and follow up on submissions, shop drawings, method statements and other project documentation
- Ensure works are completed according to project schedule and requirements
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in Fire Protection, ACMV or M&E subcontracting
- P&S experience preferred
- Construction / A&A project experience is an advantage
