We are looking for Engineering talents to join our 3 key functions: Maintenance & Facility, Process Engineering, and Automation.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Maintenance & Facility Engineer – 2 Positions Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Support factory expansion and facility improvement projects
• Oversee infrastructure systems: Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and contractors
• Support BOQ and project-related documentation
• Ensure workplace safety compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
• Understanding of BOQ, especially electrical works, is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of project management and workplace safety
• Good teamwork and English communication skills
• Able to work Monday–Saturday and overtime when required

2. Process Decoration Engineer – 2 Positions Industrial / Production / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and product quality
• Analyze production issues and identify root causes using engineering tools
• Design and improve production tooling and fixtures
• Conduct process trials, collect data, and prepare technical reports
• Perform time studies and establish standard man-hours
• Support Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Cost Reduction projects
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus
• Good communication skills in Thai and basic English

3. Process Assembly Engineer – 1 Position Industrial / Production Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Support production layout design and improvement
• Support line tooling and equipment design
• Support new projects and equipment/process integration
• Improve jigs, fixtures, and production processes
• Conduct time studies and support productivity/man-hour improvement
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields
• Strong interest in manufacturing and process improvement
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of tooling, fixtures, layout, and time study is an advantage
• Good teamwork and communication skills

4. Process Automation Engineer – 1 Position Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptual design and prototyping for plant-wide automation projects
• Support automation concepts and prototypes for plant-wide safety improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation projects and MESIP
• Report project and assigned-task progress to supervisor
• Deliver projects and prepare necessary documentation for end users
• Support other engineering and automation activities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• Knowledge or experience in automation projects is an advantage
• SolidWorks or AutoCAD 2D skills are preferred
• Basic English skills for engineering software and technical communication
