Engineering Admin Assistant – Jurong Island (MNC / 1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and site support activities for the Engineering Department.
• Coordinate plant building, drainage and civil maintenance works with contractors.
• Support risk assessments, Permit to Work requirements and site safety activities.
• Assist with equipment tagging, data entry and maintenance/inspection records.
• Maintain Engineering and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) documentation for audit and retrieval.
• Coordinate SDM administrative matters, including vendor certification and site access.
• Handle purchasing, security passes and general Engineering administrative matters, including SAP updates.
• Monitor pantry/stationery expenditure and maintain records within budget.
• Administer SAP purchase requisitions, spare part inventory reconciliation and reports.
• Support plant safety programs, JSOX activities and periodic spare parts inventory audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Engineering, Facility Management or related field.

• 2 years of relevant working experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated, independent and resourceful.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work overtime when required.
