Job Responsibilities

• Create, update, and track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes.
• Assist in preparing and formatting project reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Support Project Managers in maintaining documentation required for risk mitigation, audits, and compliance.
• Ad hoc duties as and when instructed by management.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, rigid attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
