Engineering - Aluminium Casting Process Design

• Experience HPDC/LPDC & CPC process
• Hands on experience Jigs, fixture, leak test and other SPM m/c
• Hands on experience of installation and commissioning of leak test and other SPM m/c and its correction
• Experience with drawing studies and GD&T
• Hands on experience of Cutting tool development.
• Hands on experience of PPAP and Audit
• Hands on experience of 2D and 3D modelling
• Hands on experience of study the requirement of Machining Fixtures, Jigs, Cutting Tools and other special requirement i.e. Leak test, assembly etc.
• Experience in cutting tool and fixture type selection as per drawing during RFQ for cost Estimation.
• Hands on experience of drawing studies and GD&T
• Hands on experience of 2D and 3D modelling

Qualification Diploma / BE / B. Tech
