Engineering Analyst

Assist the manager in providing administrative support by creating reports, presentations and documents related to departments essentials, generate and update data related to the goals of the department and all the supervisions, aiming to be an essential part of the operation Team.

Responsibility:

• Management of Department’s Budget
• Create monthly reports that details under and over spending of all departments cost centers.
• Monitor accuracy of cost allocation to different cost centers and proper GL accounts.
• Calendar management, Leave management & Travel management of the Department.
• Scheduling trainings and meetings of the Department.
• Handles departmental data and information management (department KPI’s); includes data collection, file updates and visual management updates (graphs).
• Handles all departmental monetary process; cash advances and reimbursement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any relevant qualifications
• 3 years of administrative support or analytical experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint / SAP knowledge
• Fluent English communication skills of both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive while maintaining quality standard.
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner.
