We’re seeking an experienced Engineering & Asset Manager to spearhead the implementation of our Global Asset Management Blueprint , driving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our critical infrastructure assets.

The role will be based in Melbourne.

About the Role

As the Engineering & Asset Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team across Asset Planning & Scheduling , BMS Operations , and Contract Administration . Your mission: deliver world-class technical asset management services that optimise lifecycle costs and ensure zero network outages.

You’ll harness the power of advanced analytics and CMMS systems to:

• Develop predictive maintenance strategies
• Drive capital planning and operational improvements
• Standardise asset management processes and reporting
• Identify and mitigate asset-related risks
• Enhance energy efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team
• Implement predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring programs
• Analyse asset performance data to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Integrate asset appraisal programs to strengthen data foundations

Minimum Criteria:

• Proven experience in engineering or asset management leadership
• Expertise in CMMS systems and data analytics
• Strong understanding of lifecycle cost optimisation and capital planning
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
