Engineering & Facilities Manager

1. Supervises the whole operation of the unit, implements policies and procedures for the department

2. Ensures implementation of required preventive and corrective maintenance for all relevant facilities

and equipment.

3. Monitors and implements control measures to ensure the cost-efficient usage of

machinery/equipment and utilities

4. Monitors the performance of all contracted suppliers/service providers for all

construction/renovation/repair works

5. Monitors and ensures the safe disposal of hazardous waste generated.

6. Implements the facility’s waste management program and ensure the strict adherence to the policy

on waste segregation in all areas of the healthcare facility

7. Ensures compliance with all national and local agency regulations pertinent to the operations of the

facility (LLDA, DENR, ECC, etc.)

8. Responsible for the renewal of relevant permits such as but not limited to the Fire Safety Certificate,

Mechanical Permit, Electrical Permit, Sanitary Permit and other permits and licenses that are

necessary for the facility and are renewed on a prescribed period.

9. Be able to execute the best Customer Service at all times.
