About the role

MANA MANA HOSPITALITY (subsidiary of EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD) is seeking an exceptional Engineering and Maintenance professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position; you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's facilities and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues to minimize disruptions
• Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to facilitate large-scale projects and specialized repairs
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-effective solutions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing training and support to the wider facilities team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong technical expertise in building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications, such as a diploma or degree in engineering or a related field
