Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering & Maintenance team to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Corrective Maintenance programs.
• Minimize machine downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Analyze equipment failures and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Plan and manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and engineering resources.
• Lead engineering improvement projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and plant expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Safety, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to support production targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO standards, and all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and energy-saving projects.
• Develop and coach engineering staff to enhance technical competency and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading maintenance or engineering teams.
• Experience in the Food, Beverage, FMCG, or Consumer Goods manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
