POSITION: ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1. PERSYARATAN / REQUIREMENTS

• Pendidikan Min D3/S1, Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, dan Teknik Industri

(Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.)

• Memiliki lebih dari 5 (lima) tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai Supervisor Engineering & Maintenance di Industri/Perusahaan Manufaktur.

(Minimum over 5 years of experience as a Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor in the Manufacturing Industry.)

• Mampu melakukan pekerjaan administrasi dan produksi.

(Able to handle administrative work and production control.)

• Memiliki sertifikat PLC dan kelistrikan, atau berpengalaman melakukan troubleshooting PLC menjadi nilai tambah.

(Have a PLC and electrical certifications, or hands-on experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting are an advantage.)

• Memiliki Sertifikat K3 Listrik menjadi nilai tambah

(Possession of an Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik) certificate is an advantage.)

• Memahami pekerjaan maintenance (Elektrikal, Mekanikal, Utilitas.)

(Good understanding of facility maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Utility.))

• Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word, serta mampu membuat dokumen report.

(Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to prepare reports.)

• Mampu menganalisis data dan menangani masalah di lapangan.

(Good analytical and problem-solving skills.)

• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

(Able to work under pressure.)

2. TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Membuat dan Menyusun maintenance plan untuk fasilitas produksi dan memonitoring pelaksanaannya.

(Prepare maintenance plans for production facility and monitor maintenance activities and results.)

• Memantau kerusakan mesin/fasilitas dan downtime, serta menyusun rencana perbaikan dan memantau progresnya.

(Monitor facility breakdowns and downtime, develop corrective action plans, and follow up on implementation.)

• Memeriksa dokumen teknis PLC dan kelistrikan serta membantu menganalisis penyebabnya.

(Review PLC and electrical technical documents and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.)

• Membuat jadwal preventive maintenance (PM) dan mengelola riwayat pengecekan mesin.)

(Prepare preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and maintain equipment/facility inspection and maintenance records.)

• Memantau rencana produksi, hasil produksi, dan tingkat utilisasi mesin.

(Monitor production plans, actual output, and equipment utilization.)

• Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data produksi serta maintenance, dan membuat laporannya.

(Collect and analyze production and maintenance data and prepare reports.)

• Menyiapkan dokumen terkait produksi dan maintenance serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait.

(Prepare production and maintenance documents and coordinate with related departments.)
