Engineering & Maintenance Technician 1

Perform start-up, shutdown, adjustments and troubleshooting of machines in the assigned area. Make sure that the equipment parts, drives, shafts, and all mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic auxiliaries are in good working condition. Repair the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, as well as perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Conduct monitoring and reporting of equipment breakdowns, downtime, and recurring issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or any Engineering-related program.
• With at least 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Has experience in industrial/electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, heaters, relays)
• Knowledgeable in PLC (inputs/outputs and fault diagnosis)
• Knowledgeable in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Knows machine operation and has experience in mold changeover and setup for injection molding, stretch blow molding, and extrusion blow molding machines.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
• Basic Computer Skills: Using Internet for Research and able to use report creation software.
