Engineering & Packing Specialist

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop new packaging systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing packaging systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
• Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
• Proven experience in engineering and packing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
