Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Civil and MEP design, shop drawings, and technical submissions through qualified discipline engineers.
• Plan workloads and monitor engineering deliverables and consultant approvals.
• Review technical submissions and resolve design and discipline interfaces.
• Manage BIM coordination, design changes, and construction technical queries.
• Coordinate technical procurement inputs with Project Managers and Supply Chain.
• Provide technical support to project sites and ensure proper coordination between the Technical Office and construction teams.
• Manage and guide the Technical Office team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in building or infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading a Technical Office with coordinated Civil and MEP deliverables.
• Contractor-side experience is required.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary technical-office management.
• Experience in design review and constructability assessment.
• Strong BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and model-review tools.
• Strong English communication and technical reporting skills.
• Strong team management and consultant coordination skills.
