Engineering and Technical Services Manager

The Engineering and Technical Services Manager is responsible for the overall management of technical planning, engineering design coordination, and construction support services for real estate development projects. These projects encompass subdivision land development, housing construction, and infrastructure systems.

A key responsibility is to ensure that all engineering and technical services are efficient, cost-effective, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements, company quality standards, and project timelines. This leadership role involves managing the technical services team, engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless coordination from initial project planning and design through construction and final completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the construction management team in the execution of house construction, land development, and infrastructure projects
• Implements construction project timelines and monitoring systems for strict adherence to deadlines
• Manages supplier and contractor relationships
• Oversees the coordination with the Procurement Department for materials planning and budget tracking
• Ensures the high quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency of units constructed with a high regard to safety
• Oversees the contract preparation and engineering documentation team
• Ensures proper documentation and compliance with building permits, warranties, regulatory requirements, and project reports.
• Improves reporting structures and process documentation
• Ensures that all project contracts, agreements, and technical specifications are well-managed
• Ensure implementation of engineering quality standards and technical specifications.
• Performs other job related tasks as may be directed by superior and key officers of the company from time to time.
• Provides back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the Company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 8-10 years in a leadership role in Construction Management, Property Management, and Engineering Office
• Able to manage both horizontal and vertical development projects
