Job Description

• Present engineering products, solutions, and services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Technical, and other relevant teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Engineering Solutions is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate solutions effectively.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Able to travel to meet customers when required.

2. Sales Manager – Engineering

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Sales Engineering team to achieve business and sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies and business development plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and overall sales performance.
• Work closely with Engineering, Technical, Operations, and related teams.
• Develop team capabilities and drive continuous sales performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Engineering Solutions.
• Experience in managing a Sales or Sales Engineering team is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

3. AI Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to support business needs.
• Develop AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI applications.
• Analyze data and develop models, algorithms, and AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with relevant systems and applications.
• Test, optimize, and continuously improve AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with Business, Data, Technology, and cross-functional teams.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies to create business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in AI Development, Machine Learning, Software Development, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python and software development.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Experience with LLM, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technology into practical business solutions.

4. Technical Engineer

Job Description

• Provide technical and engineering support for Tech Vista solutions and projects.
• Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Support system installation, testing, commissioning, and improvement.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Technology, Suppliers, and related teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project-related materials.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation of Automation, IoT, Digital Technology, and Engineering Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Technical Engineering, Automation, Engineering, or Technology.
• Knowledge of Automation, IoT, Digital Technology, or Smart Factory is preferred.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Digital Transformation or Industrial Technology is an advantage.

5. Strategy Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and support strategic initiatives related to Engineering and Technology.
• Analyze business processes, operational performance, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct business and engineering analysis to support management decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and innovations for business applications.
