What they need
1.Assist in monitoring assembly lines, including Cuttingn Stripping, Soldering, Potling, Molding.
2.Run routine diagnostic tests, identify product or machine defects, and isolate component-level faults, then report to engineer and team.
3.Help perform preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized laboratory or factory machinery.
4.Track yield rates, log equipment downtime, update maintenance record, and draft basic progress reports.
5.Help engineers produce harness cable mockups (Sample and Pilot lot) or test harness cable according to drawing.
6.Ensure clean, hazard-free workstations while verifying that assembly setups match industry standards.
7.Help engineer to prepare information such as yield report, update work instruction and all documents for engineering team.
