Engineering Assistant

· Provide on-site interpretation between Chinese, and English to facilitate daily communication between foreign engineers, local staff, and subcontractors.

· Coordinate communication among contractors, suppliers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.

· Assist the Project Manager in tracking progress, organising meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

· Support daily administrative and logistical tasks at the construction site.

Job Requirements:

· Nationality: Malaysian citizen.

· Education: Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering

· Language: Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English

· Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in construction or engineering is an advantage.

· Other:

· Familiar with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel).

· Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.

· Able to work in a construction site environment and available for overtime when necessary.

· A valid driving license is preferred.
