Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, engineering consultancy, site coordination, tendering or project support is preferred.

3.Basic knowledge of civil construction, technical drawings, BOQ, quantity take-off, tender documents and cost estimation.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Civil 3D or other engineering software is an advantage.

5. Familiarity with Malaysian authority submission procedures and local construction requirements is an advantage.

6. Mandarin proficiency is preferred. Good working proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

7. Willing to travel to project sites and work at different project locations when required.

8. Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.

9.Able to work independently, willing to learn, and capable of handling multiple engineering tasks in a project environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in authority submission, tender preparation, Civil/Structural design, site supervision, BOQ preparation or project coordination are encouraged to apply.
