Engineering Assistant

CometCore is collaborating with an esteemed industry partner to recruit an Engineering Assistant for their growing engineering division. Designed for entry-level candidates, this opportunity provides hands-on professional training and strong career progression prospects. Commencing as a 2-month internship with a direct pathway to a permanent role, we are seeking determined candidates who possess a genuine passion for the engineering industry and a strong commitment to learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, drafting, and technical support of Building Services (BS) engineering projects
• Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD (e.g. floor plans, system diagrams, detail drawings)
• Assist in preparing engineering documents, technical reports, and tender submissions
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Follow up on site progress and technical issues (subject to project needs)
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to produce drawings independently
• Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, willing to learn, and a good team player
