Engineering Assistant (electronics testing/ circuit boards)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production failures, test equipment, and circuit boards to component level.
• Conduct product failure analysis and identify root causes.
• Perform test data collection, analysis, and yield improvement.
• Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance of test equipment and stations.
• Support new test station setup and test process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain test procedures, RA, LOTO, SWP, ESR, and other documentation.
• Support electrical component troubleshooting and non-conformance resolution.
• Perform or coordinate equipment calibration and maintain records.
• Support safety and manufacturing standards and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Require ICT, FCT, debugging, documentation and basic Excel functions
• Experience with test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
• Knowledge of circuit board and subassembly functional testing
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and circuit boards to component level.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• PLC, automation, Power BI, programming, and soldering skills are advantageous.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
