Engineering Assistant (Project)

Job Summary:

• 8.30AM to 5.30PM (Mon - Fri)

Join a team where you will gain practical experience across site surveys, project planning, technical coordination, customer liaison and project handover, with on-the-job training provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and site conditions.

• Prepare detailed design proposals based on customer requirements.

• Plan and schedule project activities according to contractual timelines.

• Coordinate with suppliers and storage facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Liaise with customers on drawings, approvals, project updates and site matters.

• Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress.

• Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports.

• Coordinate project completion and handover, including relevant documentation.

• Relevant study Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT, Building Services Engineering, Project-related studies, or equivalent.

• Knowledge or exposure to Structured Cabling Systems would be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively within project schedules.
