Job Summary:

• Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,300 (depending on experience)
• Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm // 4-3-3-4 (9am-9pm)
• Location of Work: West

Job Responsibilities:

Breakdown Maintenance

• Diagnose and rectify equipment failures promptly to minimise downtime
• Coordinate with the production team on planned maintenance and urgent equipment repairs
• Assess breakdowns and minor stoppages, and provide effective, lasting solutions

Preventive Maintenance

• Maintain work orders and records in the Maximo system
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, including during product changeovers
• Review the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance programme
• Identify abnormalities during PM and recommend corrective solutions

OEE Improvement

• Carry out equipment improvements and modifications
• Analyse and monitor equipment breakdowns, and recommend suitable improvements
• Suggest improvements to work methods and procedures
• Use root cause analysis (RCA) findings to propose preventive actions

Energy Efficiency Improvement

• Initiate and follow up on energy efficiency projects together with engineers and supervisors
• Monitor critical energy parameters and support engineers with recommended solutions

Quality in Maintenance

• Ensure maintenance, calibration and validation of CCP equipment are completed according to specifications and timelines
• Work with other functional teams to ensure intrusive maintenance work is properly carried out
• Conduct internal GMP, Quality and Foreign Material audits, and follow up on rectification and improvement works

Requirements:

• Experience with Maximo is an advantage
