Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new engineering solutions.
• Analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions using engineering principles.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
